Attorney William C. (Bubba) Head is frequently recognized as a leader in the field of DUI defense. He has received accolades and awards from national legal organizations, as well as organizations in the State of Georgia. His numerous honors are a testament to his legal achievements as well as his stellar reputation as a DUI defense lawyer.

Mr. Head is ranked #1 out of approximately 1.3 million listings on www.AVVO.com, a national attorney rating site. This ranking is not DUI defense-specific—it is out of any type of practice. He currently has a score of 10 out of 10 on the AVVO website.

In 2003, Mr. Head was named National DUI Lawyer of the Year by the National College for DUI Defense, a legal organization that provides training to drunk-driving defense lawyers throughout the United States. This award ceremony was conducted by the Harvard School of Law.

Super Lawyers, an organization that lists outstanding lawyers, has placed Mr. Head on its Georgia Super Lawyers list every year from 2004 to 2009. He is also the recipient of the Super Lawyers Seriously Outstanding Award. Only 5% are selected each year for this honor.

Mr. Head has been named as one of the 100 Best Attorneys in Georgia (2008) and one of the 100 Best Trial Lawyers in the Nation (2007) by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

In 2000, Atlanta Magazine ran a feature on Mr. Head, declaring him the “Best DUI Lawyer” based on a poll of his peers. He has also been named one of the Best Attorneys in Georgia by the magazine in 2004 and 2008.
